Orchard Property Group has strengthened its presence in Queensland’s newest city, Waraba, with the off-market acquisition of a 9.36-hectare site at 75 Bells Lane, Bellmere.
The acquisition underscores Orchard’s commitment to delivering housing in South-East Queensland’s fastest-growing corridors.
Waraba is projected to become home to 70,000 residents, with up to 30,000 new dwellings planned under the state government’s vision.
This purchase builds on Orchard’s existing projects in the region, including the 266-lot Aire Lilywood community, and the sister project, the 133-lot Aire Riverside. Orchard has also recently sold-out 106-lot Junction project at Narangba.
Together, these projects highlight Orchard’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, well-connected communities that balance lifestyle, affordability, and long-term value in one of South East Queensland’s fastest-growing regions.
