North McLean Industrial Park is a new development set to bring fresh opportunities for businesses and investors.

Located on Greenbank Road, within the Flagstone Priority Development Area’s commercial precinct, the site is just 600 metres from the Mount Lindesay Highway and approximately 40km from Brisbane’s CBD.

The project will be delivered across two stages and is planned to comprise 29 industrial lots ranging from 1,726sqm to 5,030sqm.

A choice of smaller and medium sized sites will accommodate local trades, owner-occupiers, fleet operators, growing enterprises and private investors seeking to develop warehouses, workshops, storage facilities or multi-unit industrial complexes.

The sites are being designed with level building areas and essential service connections to support more efficient construction.

Currently in planning, the first land release is anticipated in late 2026.
